Kayla's Day out Hiking!

A couple weeks ago before we left for Utah, Kayla went on a Hiking trip for the day. One of her Activity Day leaders invited her to go hiking to some waterfalls in Oregon. Her niece was in town visiting for part of the summer. Aubrey had gone to Activity Day camp so Kayla and her became pen pals. Kayla's Activity Day leader is moving Sept 1st so this was fun for Kayla to do before she moved. Kayla was so excited. She got up early and was off. Kayla talked about how beautiful the hike was. The girls did a great job. It was a 3 mile hike each way. Kayla and the little girl Aubrey had so much fun they are now Pen Pals and hope to keep in touch. Thanks Erin for taking Kayla along!!
