Steelers 27 - Cardinals 23

This year for the Super Bowl 2009 , we got together at Kris and Dave's house for some good food and the game! All of the kids woke up in the morning and chose the team they were going to pick. Besides Cody, really the deciding factor in who they were going to pick to win...was which color of jersey they wanted to wear! :) Mmmm... must be girls!! Rylan of was going for the Cardinals of course because they were red...and we all know that is " Kimmie " color!! So he would yell...Go Kimmie of course!! What else would we expect from little Ry Ry!! I think I just was starving after church and was going for some good food!! ha ha!! Brandon chose my jersey , it just so happened to be yellow, white and black....so yipee!! He picked a winner!! j.k. Cody of course started out the day with a red jersey , white football pants and red socks, and by the end of the game...he had stolen his younger sisters yellow jersey ..... and decided to go for the Steelers!! :) grandpa came dressed as a blind ref!! It was great! They all had a great time! Kayla crashed out right near the end before the Cardinals made that great touch down!! Which was her team. She had been cheering loudly for the entire game. She slept through the screaming!! Rylan really enjoyed throwing the squishy footballs at the t.v. and everyone that was in site!! The night ended with Hailey becoming a " Root beer Float" !! She will never forget that one!! She just wants to know where the ice cream was.... ha ha. Just remember when you put the root beer in the freezer to chill it! Not to forget it is inside...It just might jump out and get you when little hands open the freezer!! ha ha!! Thanks so much Dave and Kris as Always for letting us come play at your house!! We always have a great time!! Anna and Eddie we had a great time with you also!! Can't wait to get together again soon!
