Tim Mcgraw Concert

So Dad called tonight around 5:45pm to tell me he was taking me to a Tim Mcgraw concert. Well if anyone knows me, For country music..my two favorite men are George Strait and Tim Mcgraw. So of course I said yes :). We left about 45 minutes later. I just had t-shirt, jeans, flip flops on. I had changed out of my shorts. I thought it might get chilly. It was so crazy. When we got to the concert, to my surprise I realized that I was about the only women at the concert fully dressed! Apparently these days if you are a cowgirl, all you need to wear are cowboy boots and the least amount of clothing possible! It was so crazy! Anyhow Dad and I sat on the lawn. We did this last minute, so we were not prepared!! We froze to death! It was so cold. Dad bought a blanket. The craziest things is dad went to leave to use the restroom and comes back with this t-shirt on that says " Live like you are dying! " He is such a Nutt!! I about died! He also got me a shirt as well and gave me his jacket to help keep me warm. The funniest part of the concert was... A song started to play and dad looked at me and said " Do you know this one" I said probably... Then it was about 3 notes into it I realized it was " Live like you were dying!" So of course I threw some grass at him, we laughed, I threw some more grass at him. We listened to the song. That was a great time with dad! I am so glad I was able to go! And happy to come home and put some warm socks on my feet! So I am adding the song on my blog page for now , for dad! Love you dad! Juls
